Noone knows what the future will be like. But we can take prehistoric fossils from the past, add on weather patterns and strengths. Then we determain what the weather will be like in the future. Studying the development of evelution is a good way to tell what the animals will eat, beahave like, move like and do. This is not certain that creatures we imagine will actaully evove. But they might look somthing like it. But if another mass extinction occours then life may resolve in diffrent manners.
